I've never painted before. Is that a problem?
It's actually the norm. Most people in the room are picking up a brush for the first time.
Do I need to bring any materials?
No. Canvas, paint, brushes, and an apron are all provided. Just bring yourself.
Can I keep what I paint?
Always. Whatever you make on the canvas goes home with you.
Is it more of a class or a hangout?
Somewhere in between. A host guides you through technique, but it's built for conversation, not a lecture.
Can I come with a friend?
Of course. Plenty of people come solo, and plenty come in twos. Either way you'll end up talking to people at the next easel.
What should I wear?
Something you don't mind getting a little paint on. Aprons help, but sleeves still find a way.
