Overview
Our events are small, in-person community experiences hosted at partner venues across Mumbai and Bengaluru. Because of that, cancellation and refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis rather than a single fixed rule. We take into account things like how close to the event you’re cancelling, the reason, and whether your spot can still be filled.
How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
Contact us as early as possible at wearethenexuscommunity@gmail.com or +91 88284 68876 with your name, the event you registered for, and the reason for your request. The earlier you reach out, the more options we’re able to offer.
If We Cancel or Reschedule an Event
If The Nexus cancels an event, you will receive a full refund, or, if you prefer, we’ll move your booking to a future edition of the same experience. If an event is rescheduled, your existing booking automatically carries over to the new date unless you tell us otherwise.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original method of payment. Once online payments are enabled via Razorpay, approved refunds typically reflect within a few business days, depending on your bank.
