Our events and website are intended for users aged 18 and above. By using our Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Events & Ticketing
- Event details (date, time, venue, price) are listed on each event page and are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publishing, but may change. We’ll do our best to notify registered attendees of any change.
- A confirmed booking or ticket is required to attend ticketed events.
- Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove, any attendee whose conduct we reasonably believe endangers or disrupts the event or other attendees, without refund.
4. Code of Conduct
We build spaces for real connection, and we expect everyone in our rooms (Chess, Art, or Social) to treat each other with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in removal from an event or community without refund.
5. Community Channels
Our WhatsApp communities and social channels are provided as a convenience for members to connect. We are not responsible for content posted by other members in these channels, and your use of WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube, or any other third-party platform linked from our site is governed by that platform’s own terms.
6. Payments
Once enabled, ticket payments on this site are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay’s applicable terms. See our Privacy Policy for details on how payment information is handled.
7. Photography & Media
Our events may be photographed or filmed for use in The Nexus’s marketing, website, and social media. By attending, you consent to appearing in this content unless you tell us otherwise in advance.

All content on this website, including The Nexus name, logo, and design, is owned by The Nexus and may not be used without our permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Nexus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or participation in our events. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
